The hotel was located short walk to restaurants and hospital. The best thing was how amicable and helpful the staff were. The location couldn't be more ideal and nice to a market. We saw a sprawling nature preserve, that's within walking distance of the venue.

You guys made our stay perfectly pleasant! Enjoyed London, the hotel was fancy and quiet little in the tub area. The venue's location was easy and ideal, near to nearby restaurants, London for a conference and Ontario. We had lunch at nearby Qdoba Mexican Eats, tried their fast food options.

The location of the motel was convenient as it was close to both a conference venue and Victoria Hospital. the staff members were friendly and always polite. the room was modern and well-equipped with amenities like soap, a TV, and a comfortable queen-size bed.

good price. generous space.

front desk and management staff were horrible like you own them, particularly the owner - asshole. toilet got plugged up, guest had to "go to the office to get the plunger, do the job and return it". Guests need to be plumbers?

The staff were extremely rude and it was easily the worst place I have ever seen. I left within 5 minutes of checking in. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
